WHAT IS CYARA RETREAT?

Based in Malmesbury, Cyara Retreat is a very special place, set in tranquil settings conducive to providing you with the rest you so urgently need. We are specifically designed for you, if for example, you just cannot cope any more, you struggle with depression, stress anxiety, PTSD or even burn out.

Our approach is multi-faceted, professional and yet highly personal at the same time. Cyara Retreat’s vision is to restore your sense of hope whilst offering you a sense of renewal.

Your family

Our team has a diverse number of professionals who collectively work towards your goal of restoration and wellness. We have Psychologists, Clinical Social Workers, CBT Therapy, Neuro-Transformation, Cognitive Transformation as well as a variety of Life Coaches.

Besides the above – to further add to our bouquet of services we have a nutritionist, occupational therapist as well as experienced massage therapists who will ensure your stress is a thing of the past!

Our Retreat also helps with family and marriage counselling as well as conflict resolution.

Please note: Doctors are on call 24/7 for emergencies as we rely on those who specialize in the medical field, we are not a clinic

How It Works:

If you wish to avail of our comprehensive services, we have a system in place that is personal and customizes your specific journey towards wellbeing right at the very start.

We have a highly trained Clinical Social Worker who will assess exactly where you are at in your journey of life and will then strategize the way forward. The way that will provide optimal results in the shortest possible time whilst working with those from the team designated to help your specific needs.

And because of this approach your recovery is expedited in such a way that you save money and time. At Cyara Retreat, we realize that finances can be a problem and that is one of the reasons why this system is important.

Your family at Cyara Retreat are invested in assisting you emotionally and cognitively – without incurring major costs.

Our Facilities

Accomodation

We have 18 cozy rooms that are ensuite – with WIFI. We also have lounge areas for visitors as well as lovely gardens to walk and relax in.

Nutrition

We offer a lovely dining room with keto based meals on request.

Seminar Venue

We have a lovely 150-seater hall that is used for corporate seminars as well as a smaller more intimate one available.

Additional Activities

We also have occupational therapy, gym sessions (twice a day), and sparkling pool for water therapy!

Cancer Patients –

Close to our Heart

We also help with Cancer patients knowing how harsh the treatments can be on their health whilst also feeling overwhelmed with the all of the negative emotions that accompany this disease. We offer integrative care and support through this time of extreme crisis.

Cyara Retreat also offers a therapeutic approach to relieve pain with a Keto diet specifically designed to retard the cancer growth. On top of this, we have especially trained CBT Therapists who are available to help emotionally as the fear associated with this dreaded disease is almost tangible. Cyara Retreat understands and we offer a family of professionals who care and are with you all the way.

Donations:

Donations are welcomed and appreciated at Cyara Retreat as we would like to use this funding to subsidize costs of patients in need of our professional care. Although our wish is to help all of those who need our services, this is just not possible. We urge you therefore to consider giving our Retreat a donation towards playing a role in uplifting those in need.

One way of doing it is to leave a legacy by putting Cyara Retreat as a beneficiary in your will.
